BEFORE YOU ARE A CLIENT

STEP 1 - Complimentary Consultation

During this 30-minute phone call, we aim to understand your project goals, timeline, and budget. This consultation serves as an opportunity for us to determine if we are a good fit and address any questions or concerns you may have about collaborating with us.

STEP 2 - Project Proposal

After aligning with your needs, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, project budget, and timeline. Upon approval, you'll receive a contract and invoice to officially confirm your spot on our design calendar.

ONCE YOU ARE A CLIENT

STEP 3 - Kick Off

This will be a great opportunity for us to further understand your unique style, preferences, and vision for your space. Our goal is to ensure that we capture the essence of your personal taste and create an environment that truly reflects who you are.

During this meeting we will:

  • We review inspiration images and determine style direction for your space.

  • We will discuss functionality of your space.

STEP 4 - Design Concept

This meeting is the first draft of your design. During this time we make sure we are moving in the right direction and are aligned with your vision.

During this meeting we will:

  • We’ll discuss and confirm schematic design (space planning) by reviewing a 3D model of your space.

  • We’ll review initial color palette and key material ideas, such as upholstery choices (i.e. fabric vs. leather) and wood finishes.

  • We’ll present initial selections for the core furniture pieces.

STEP 5 - Presentation

This meeting is where we finalize your design and details.

During this meeting we will:

We’ll review with you updated space planning and elevations, going over measurements and installation.

We’ll present and discuss all furniture and decor choices, talking through colors and materials.

Final STEP

What you will receive from us upon completion of the project:

  • Digital copy of your Design Presentation with comprehensive floor plan, elevations, rendering, all products and installation measurements with notes.

  • Spreadsheet with all selections, specifications, prices and product links.

  • If you are in-person client further procurement & professional install can be added to your project scope.

PLEASE NOTE

Scope of our online-design services focuses primarily on furniture, textiles, lighting and decor.

We are happy to take a look at architectural finishes you are considering, such as flooring, however at this time we do not provide full construction support remotely.
